Who is behind Christmas in Tønder?

Creating a Christmas town takes more than festive lights, decorations and good ideas. It takes people who get involved, take responsibility and lend a helping hand whenever needed.

Tønder Handelsstandsforening (Tønder Retailers’ Association) is the driving force behind Christmas in Tønder, but it is the wider community of volunteers, residents, local businesses and partners that makes it all possible. Year after year, we join forces to create new experiences, preserve our proud Christmas traditions and continue developing Tønder as a Christmas destination.

Deshalb möchten wir allen, die dazu beitragen, ein großes und herzliches Dankeschön sagen:

The Pioneers – our invaluable team of local volunteers who are always ready to roll up their sleeves and lend a helping hand.

The people of Tønder – who support Christmas in Tønder and contribute to its continued development by purchasing Christmas Community Certificates. Christmas Community Certificates..
